The 2004 New Mexico Uniform Traffic Ordinance comprising Sections 12-1-1 through 12-13-6 inclusive, is hereby adopted by reference, pursuant to Section 3-17-6, NMSA 1978. (Ord. 1828-2005 §§ 2--4, 2005; Ord. 1777-2004 § 3, 2004).
