That code known as the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, adopted and recommended by the International Conference of Building Officials, being particularly the 1985 Edition thereof, and the whole thereof, is adopted and incorporated by reference in the Clovis City Code as fully as if set out at length therein, including all of the conditions, provisions, limitations and terms of said code.
