The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in a scientific and engineering report entitled, “The Flood Insurance Study for the City of Clovis, New Mexico, dated February 4, 1981,” with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps and Flood Boundary-Floodway Maps (FIRM and FBFM) and any revisions thereto are adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.
The Flood Insurance Study is on file in the office of the city clerk at 321 Connelly Street, Clovis, New Mexico. (Ord. 1321-88 § 2, 1988: Ord. 1312-87 (part), 1987).
