The following fees are imposed for the issuance of those types of permits set out below:
A. For the issuance of a permit for fencing, as required by Section 15.44.010 of this code, a fee of one dollar for each one hundred dollars of contract construction cost or any fraction thereof;
B. For the issuance of a permit to erect a sign, as required by Section 12.12.020 of this code, a charge of five dollars for any sign having an installation cost of two hundred dollars to one thousand dollars, and a fee of ten dollars for signs having an installation cost in excess of one thousand dollars;
C. For all curb cuts, a fee of ten dollars.
