Parking space requirements for land uses which are not otherwise set forth in this chapter are as follows:
A. When questions arise concerning the minimum off-street parking requirement for any use not specifically listed in this chapter, the requirements shall be evaluated taking into consideration the requirements for similar listed uses.
B. When a determination of the minimum parking requirements cannot be readily ascertained for new or unlisted uses according to the preceding paragraph or where uncertainty exists, the minimum off-street parking requirements shall be established by the city staff planning committee.
