15.48.040 Mobile home subdivisions--Created by plat.

Mobile home subdivisions shall be created by platting, subject to the jurisdiction of the planning commission. Except insofar as the planning commission shall, in its subdivision regulations, permit deviations from regulations applicable to other residential subdivisions, mobile home subdivisions shall in every respect comply with regulations of the planning commission pertaining to the platting of residential subdivisions. No plat establishing a mobile home subdivision shall be approved by the commission unless, after a public hearing in the manner required for rezoning, the commission finds that the owners of all property within three hundred feet of the proposed mobile home subdivision, exclusive of public rights-of-way, will not suffer unnecessary hardship by reason of the establishment of the subdivision at the proposed location. The commission shall file its findings with the secretary of the commission, and serve copies on all parties present or represented at the hearing. (Prior code § 19-4 (a)).
