All plats seeking the establishment of a mobile homes subdivision shall be filed with the planning commission in the same fashion as other plats. The mobile homes subdivision plat must comply with all regulations particularly applicable thereto as may be adopted by the planning commission. (Prior code § 19-4(b)).
