A. The planning commission is authorized to adopt, in such fashion as other regulations are adopted by the planning commission, subdivision regulations applicable to mobile homes subdivisions, which may govern:
1. The width of the street;
2. The width, depth and arrangement of lots;
3. Land use, including natural drainage;
4. The extent and manner in which:
a. The streets are graded and improved,
b. Water, sewer and other utility facilities are installed.
B. Such regulations may be adopted as a condition precedent to the approval of a plat of a mobile homes subdivision. Such regulations applicable to mobile homes subdivisions may be in the form of requirements imposed in addition to normal subdivision regulations, or conditions imposed as a substitute for regulations of normal subdivisions. The enumeration in this chapter of standards to be exercised by the planning commission shall not be considered exclusive. (Prior code § 19-4(c)).
