A. Before a license may be issued, there must be a favorable recommendation by a majority of the planning commission of the city, and the premises must be inspected and approved by the building inspector or his duly authorized representative, as complying with all of the provisions of this chapter and all other applicable ordinances and codes of the city.
B. Licenses issued under the terms of this chapter convey no right to erect a building, to do any plumbing work, or to do any electrical work. (Prior code § 19-6(c), (d)).
