The building inspector is authorized to revoke any license issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter if, after his investigation, he determines that the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions of this chapter or that any trailer, or trailer camp, is being maintained in an unsanitary or unsafe manner or is a nuisance.
