To enroll in automatic payments for your sewer and garbage bill, please fill out a draft authorization form and bring it in to the Finance Department at City Hall located at 321 N. Connelly St. or email completed forms to finance@cityofclovis.org

PAY YOUR General, Utility, or Business License Bills
Please have a copy of your bill ready. Note there is a 3.95% or a minimum of $2.50 processing fee to pay your bill online.
Select General Billing for Weed Cutting, Demolitions, or Extra Pickup/Dumping. Select Utility Billing for Garbage, Sewer, and T-Hanger Rent. Select Business Licenses to pay for your initial or renewal of business licenses, and Permits.
PAY COURT FINES ONLINE (MUNICIPAL COURT)
You will need your citation number and amount due. Please note there is a $4.95 processing fee to pay your court fines online.
PAY ANOTHER CITY OF CLOVIS BILL ONLINE
