PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING PLUME REMEDIATION

CITY OF CLOVIS TO HOST PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING PLUME REMEDIATION AT COMMERCE AND PRINCE

Clovis – The City of Clovis has invited the New Mexico Environment Department Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau (NMED PSTB) to present information about recent site investigation activities associated with gasoline contamination identified in the area of Commerce and Prince. NMED and their contractor will discuss recent soil and groundwater data obtained from the nine (9) new groundwater monitoring wells, as well as the proposed remedial approach. The public meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m., December 4, 2019 at the North Annex of the Clovis-Carver Library located at 701 N. Main. After the short presentation, PSTB and their contractor will be available to respond to questions.
