Small Businesses Encouraged to Attend Free Webinar Regarding Omnichannel Retail Strategies

CLOVIS, NM – The City of Clovis has partnered with Retail Strategies to assist with small business support for local merchants and entrepreneurs. Retail Strategies will be hosting a free Small Business Support webinar to assist local business owners with their omnichannel strategies. The word “omnichannel” relates to integrating the different shopping methods available to consumers, including shopping online or in a physical store. The webinar will include information regarding retail success, national trends, and a step-by-step guide to creating an online platform. The webinar will take place at 8:00a.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021.
