21st Street Between Williams Avenue and North Thornton Street

UPDATE as of February 17, 2021: Construction has been delayed due to weather affecting the Clovis area. The project will be completed within six (6) weeks.

On February 15, 2021, J&H Services Inc. will begin construction of a new water main along west 21st Street between Williams Avenue and north Thornton Street.  West bound traffic will be reduced to 1 lane and work will last for 6 weeks. Two (2) lanes for east bound traffic will remain open. 

Traffic control devices will be installed in this area and the public is asked to please adhere to all traffic signs.  Your cooperation and observance of all construction signs will be greatly appreciated to help ensure the safety of the public and the construction crews.
