Clovis City Commission Seeking Candidates to Serve in the District 1 Commissioner Position Vacated by Leo Lovett

CORRECTION: The position will be filled at the October 7, 2021, Commission meeting rather than October 2, 2021. 

On September 8, 2021, District 1 Commissioner Leo Lovett resigned from the Clovis City Commission. At the Commission meeting held on Thursday, September 9, 2021, the Commission voted to move forward with the formal application process to fill the position until the next regular municipal election in March 2022. The City of Clovis will be taking applications until October 1, 2021, from District 1 residents.
