LLANO ESTACADO BOULEVARD TO BE CLOSED BETWEEN NORRIS STREET & HUMPHREY ROAD FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS BEGINNING NOVEMBER 11TH, 2013
Beginning Monday, November 11th, 2013, Llano Estacado Boulevard will be closed between Norris Street and Humphrey Road for road improvements. Improvements include resurfacing Llano Estacado Boulevard between Norris Street and Humphrey Road and the addition of acceleration and deceleration lanes for the new Raintree Apartments. Work is being conducted by K. Barnett & Sons and will last approximately four weeks, weather permitting. Local residences impacted by this work may be accessed via Humphrey Road.
