Clovis-Carver Library to Provide Curbside Services
The Clovis-Carver Public Library, located at 701 N. Main Street in Clovis, is adapting their services in accordance with the current public health order. Because the library is currently closed to the public, no in-person library services will be provided at this time. Instead, the library is offering curbside services to reserve and pick up materials. See below for information on how to use this service:
Reserving Library Materials
Access the online catalog at library.cityofclovis.org to browse the collection of library materials. Use your library card to place any items on hold. You may also call Library Staff at (575) 769-7840 to request a specific item.
Obtaining Library Materials Via Curbside
Once your items are ready for pick up, you will receive either an email notification or a telephone call with instructions regarding curbside services and a reserved time for you to pick up your items. (Times available are listed below.) Please check your junk mail folder.
Once you arrive at the library at your designated time, please call (575) 769-7840 to notify the staff. You can pick up your items at the front/west doors. Please wear your mask when interacting with Library Staff. Once a staff member has verified your identity, please stand back from the doors. Staff will then place your items outside the doors for you to pick up.
Returning Your Items
You may return your items at any time by using either of the two book drops available, located on the west and south sides of the building. The library will empty the book drops twice daily, and materials will be quarantined for a period of time before being placed back onto library shelves.
