Federal Requirements Plan for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program

The City of Clovis received funding from the Community Development Block Grant program to construct a new senior center at Hillcrest Park. In accordance with the CDBG program, the City of Clovis adopted the below federal requirements plan.
