Norris Street Improvements Update – Notice of Street Closure Areas
Beginning Monday, August 26th, 2013, Norris Street will be open to traffic between Mollie Circle and Wilhite Road.
Norris Street will be closed from the south side of Mollie Circle to Llano Estacado beginning Monday, August 26th, 2013 for reconstruction of the area which will begin with utility relocations as well as the installation of storm drains in the area. During construction, residents living in the Raintree Subdivision will need to utilize Woodlark Road to Llano Estacado Boulevard to exit and enter the subdivision. Pedestrian traffic for Mesa Elementary should utilize the east alleyway adjacent to Norris Street. Accommodations will be made to safely cross the construction at the drainage channel.
The Norris Street improvement project is scheduled for completion in January 2014.
