Notice of 2022 Municipal Officer Election Automatic Recount for City of Clovis District 1 Commissioner (2-year term)

RE: 2022 Municipal Officer Election Automatic Recount City of Clovis District 1 Commissioner (2-year term)

To Whom It May Concern,

Pursuant to NMAC 1.10.23, the Municipal Clerk shall provide notice at least three (3) days prior to an automatic recount and post in a conspicuous place in the municipality, the time and location for the automatic recount and shall post on the City web site.

The automatic recount for the above referenced contest, as ordered by the State Canvassing Board, will begin on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. and continue until completion. Location for the recount will be the Bert Cabiness City Government Center, 321 N. Connelly, Clovis, NM 88101
