Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact and Intent to Request a Release of Grant Funds for new Hillcrest Senior Center (CDBG Project # 20-C-NR-I-01-G96)

The City of Clovis has completed the environmental review process for the Community Development Block Grant (Project #20-C-NR-I-01-G06) to construct a new senior center at Hillcrest Park in Clovis. The project has been determined to have no significant impact. All interested agencies, groups or persons disagreeing with these decisions are invited to submit written comment for consideration by the Grantee by Sunday, April 4, 2021.
