REQUEST TO NEGOTIATE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR INVESTIGATION OF BHSI TO BE DISCUSSED AT JULY 18, 2013 COMMISSION MEETING

On the Clovis City Commission Agenda for Thursday the 18th of July, Mayor David Lansford and Commissioner Sandra Taylor-Sawyer are requesting authorization to negotiate a professional Services Contract on behalf of the City of Clovis for the specific purpose of analyzing and investigating the process, policies and procedures and circumstances that lead to the distribution of Economic Development Funds to Beauty Health and Science Innovations (BHSI).

The scope of this investigation will include the time frame beginning with the introduction to the prospect (BHSI) and ending with the distribution of City Funds to the prospect (BHSI).
