VOTING DATES, TIMES AND LOCATIONS FOR 2014 CITY OF CLOVIS MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS
Absentee voting for the 2014 City of Clovis Municipal Election begins January 28th, 2014. Voters can call Ms. Leighann Melancon, Clovis City Clerk at (575) 763-9632, to request a ballot. Voters may also come to City Hall, located at 321 N. Connelly Street, Clovis, and cast their ballots in person on paper beginning Tuesday, January 28th, 2014.
Tuesday, February 4th, 2014 at 5 pm is the last day to register to vote or to update address information to be eligible to vote on Tuesday, March 4th, 2014.
Wednesday, February 12th, 2014 is the first day to early vote at City Hall. Friday, February 28th, 2014 is the last day to early vote and the last day the City Clerk can mail an absentee ballot to a voter.
The municipal elections will be held from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 4th, 2014. Any Clovis voter may vote at any voter convenience center in the city. The attached map commissiondistricts shows the four districts and the location of the 4 voter convenience centers which are as follows:-
Colonial Golf Course, 1300 Colonial Parkway
Youth Recreation Building, 1504 E 7th
Roy Walker Community Center, 316 W. 2nd Street
Trinity United Methodist Church, 1320 W 21st Street
While a paper copy of your voter registration is not required, should you have this or your voting identification available, it will assist in expediting the voting process.
