Our Department is responsible for the following

Advertises and assists in recruiting qualified candidates to fill vacant positions.

Investigates all complaints concerning personnel matters and prepares all necessary reports.

Conducts wage survey within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.

Represents the City at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Develops and implements City personnel rules and regulations.

Plans carry out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity.

Administers Drug Free and Safety Programs.
